Hi, I’m Corie DuChateau, and I’m a photographer and videographer in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.
I have over 20 years experience in photography, video, television & film production, and live video streaming.
I started First Impressions Photography to serve the need for real estate and vacation rental photography throughout the Banderas Bay Area.
My philosophy is that your listing photos are the first impression that your potential clients get of your property, so it’s best to put your best foot forward and show high quality photos on your listing.
Listings with professional photos get more clicks, and high end clients look for listings with high quality photography. If your listing photos are not good, your potential clients will just keep scrolling, without even clicking on your listing!
